Kelle led a team of UX designers and web developers to create a slicker an easy-to-understand product builder. Not only did the client’s sales increase due to completions, he was able to reduce the size of his CSR team.
Increased Holiday Campaign Sales by 40% YoY
A start-up beauty client needed help to get qualified traffic to their Shopify site during the crucial 8 weeks between Black Friday and Boxing Week. Kelle personally created the mulit-tactical campaign strategy and worked with the client to secure holiday-specific products and sales incentives.
